SHIPPING METHODS

Kafaloukas Shoes collaborates with ELTA Courier in nationwide coverage and for the immediate, safe and reliable shipment of the products to you.

Please be informed that reservations are not made for any period of time. After the completion of the order, the shipment is made according to the delivery times described below.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping costs are:

  • 2,75 € for shipments within Mytilene and 3,75 € for shipments within Mytilene for bulky boxes, eg boots and ankle boots.
  • 3,75 € for shipments within Greece and 4,75 € for shipments within Greece for bulky boxes, eg boots and ankle boots.

CASH ON DELIVERY CHARGES

  • Cash on delivery costs are € 2.00.
  • There are no cash on delivery costs in the case of the "Pick up from the store" option. Collection must be made within one (1) business week from the day the order is placed. After 7 days, the order is automatically cancelled.

PRODUCT DELIVERY TIMES

  • The products need 1-3 working days to be delivered.
  • 1-2 extra days in inaccessible areas.

Delays in order deliveries are due to extreme weather events or strikes as well as force majeure, which can affect the transport and delivery of shipped parcels. Delivery may also be delayed when telephone or e-mail communication with you is not possible.

In case of exhaustion of the product, we will contact you immediately to give you all the alternatives!

PAYMENT METHODS

At Kafaloukas Shoes you can pay in the following ways:

  • Cash on delivery and additional cost 2.00 €. You can pay by cash on delivery in case you want to pay for your order upon delivery (valid only in Greece).  Cash on delivery service is available for purchases of a total value over 5.00 € and up to 499.00 €
  • Via debit / credit and prepaid card. You can pay by credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover. We inform you that in order to proceed with your payment, our system will transfer you to the environment of the National Bank, where all cards are accepted from any bank.
  • By deposit in the bank or via e-banking in a bank account. In order to complete the order by depositing in a bank account, the customer will have to deposit the entire amount in the account that will be sent to him by email at the end of his purchase. When sending the amount, the customer should use his order ID as a payment reference. Your order will be processed immediately after the transaction is confirmed.
